What? Our website and customer dashboard will be temporarily unavailable, which means you won't be able to purchase or manage your services. Your products and service won't be affected.
Maintenance on February 25
When? Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am CST
What? Sectigo is undergoing scheduled maintenance. During this window, Sectigo or cPanel SSL certificates cannot be renewed.
As our cPanel configurations will re-run the renewal of your SSL certificate in case of an error, we do not expect any fallouts and you do not need to take any further action. Existing SSL certificates will continue to function as usual.
Resolved: Ongoing Issues With Visa Card Transactions
Some customers had reported issues making payments using their Visa cards. We have completed our investigation and the issue has now been resolved.
