What should I do if a transfer is rejected or fails?


The rejection or failure of a domain transfer may have different reasons.

You will be informed automatically by email if an incoming domain transfer fails. In such cases, please contact your current provider/registrar in order to learn more about the reasons for rejection.

If the current provider/registrar does not receive a transfer request from us, this could be due to an invalid e-mail address in the whois of the domain. Consequently, the transfer could not be confirmed.
