.homes is the TLD for the residential real estate industry. Please note that registrants must prove a bona-fide nexus to the business (real estate agent, broker, company, etc.).
Launch schedule:
- Sunrise: Until May 6 (16:00 UTC). Only for trademark owners with a valid SMD file. Multiple applications for the same domain name will be allocated through an auction.
- General Availability: As of May 12 (16:00 UTC). First-come, first-served.
